Shipping times will vary depending upon your location. Regular (ground) shipping generally takes 2 to 7 business days.

Free shipping is offered on ground shipping within most major cities in Canada when you spend more than $45. Excluded from the free shipping offer includes United States, Yukon, North West Territories, Nunavut and any other area deemed "remote" destinations within parts of Canada.

No taxes are charged on loose leaf tea in Canada. GST and/or HST, as applicable, will be charged on tea accessories shipments to Canada.
